Mike bakes everything himself

Mike Bakes is a patisserie based in Belgravia, central London. The repertoire is built on family recipes, among them honey cake, Napoleon, Bird’s Milk and pirozhki, refined over many years rather than assembled for a menu.

Every order is made individually and by hand, to the date you choose. Nothing is produced in advance or held in stock, which is why we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice.

We work with Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla, free range eggs and proper butter, and we deliver across London and Surrey ourselves, packed so that each order arrives exactly as it left the kitchen.
