Mike bakes everything himself

Mike Bakes is a small bakery working out of Belgravia in central London. The recipes are family ones, honey cake, Napoleon, Bird's Milk, pirozhki, refined over years rather than invented for a menu.

Nothing is made in advance and left on a shelf. Every order is baked from scratch by hand, the day before it is delivered, which is why we ask for 48 hours notice.

We use Belgian chocolate, real butter, free range eggs and Madagascan vanilla, and we deliver across London and Surrey ourselves, packed so it arrives exactly as it left the kitchen.
