Individually portioned puddings, made to order in Belgravia and delivered across London and Surrey. These are for the occasions where a whole cake is too much cake: a dinner for eight, an office afternoon, a gift.

Choux buns filled with Madagascan vanilla cream under a craquelin lid that crackles when you bite it. Caramel mousse desserts with a wafer crumb underneath, four to an order. Chocolate cocoa pod cakes with a smooth nut centre, which stop conversation briefly when the box opens. And a box of ten handmade chocolates in one of two combinations, pistachio, raspberry and ginger, or cranberry, raisin and walnut.

Most of these are best the day they arrive, particularly anything with cream or choux in it. The chocolates are the exception and keep well, which makes them the sensible thing to order ahead.

Several contain nuts. The allergen list on each page is worth reading before you order for a table you do not know well.

Orders start at £50, so a box of desserts often travels alongside a cake. At least 48 hours notice, delivered across London and Surrey.
