Description
Dark chocolate truffles with orange, made by hand. The ganache is soft rather than firm, and the orange is worked through it rather than sitting on top as a flavouring.
What they are like
Properly dark, so the orange reads as bitter and bright instead of sweet. They are the thing to put on the table after a long dinner when nobody wants pudding but everybody wants something.
Ordering
Orders start at £50, so truffles usually travel alongside a cake. They keep considerably better than anything else here, so they can be ordered ahead.
At least 48 hours notice. Made by hand in Belgravia and delivered across London and Surrey.
