Description

Airy choux rings filled with a smooth cottage cheese cream, four to a box. The ring shape and the tvorog filling are both traditional, and the combination is lighter than a cream filled choux by a long way because the tvorog cuts the richness.

What is in them

  • Choux pastry, baked dry so the ring holds its shape
  • A smooth, barely sweet tvorog cream piped in on the day

When to eat them

With tea, in the afternoon, which is what they were made for. They are best on the day they arrive, while the choux still has some crispness to it.
