Description
A large braided brioche made from a rich, buttery dough, proved slowly and plaited by hand. Brushed with egg for a deep glossy crust and finished with pearl sugar and poppy seed. The crumb is soft and feathery, lovely on its own, with butter and jam, or as French toast the next morning. The weight is: 400g
