Description
Six cinnamon rolls to a box, made with a soft enriched dough and a proper cinnamon sugar swirl, finished with cream cheese frosting rather than a plain glaze.
What makes them good
- Dough proved long enough to be genuinely soft in the middle
- Enough cinnamon to taste it, which sounds obvious and is routinely got wrong
- Cream cheese frosting, so the sweetness is cut rather than doubled
How to serve them
Warm. Ten minutes in a low oven brings them back almost completely, and they are considerably better that way than straight from the box.
