Syrniki, also written sirniki, are the small tvorog pancakes eaten for breakfast right across Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Cottage cheese, egg and just enough flour to hold them, fried until the outside catches and the inside stays soft. Six to an order.
Warm, with sour cream, jam or condensed milk, which are the three traditional options and remain unimproved. A few minutes in a pan brings them back properly if they have travelled.
Barely sweet, faintly tangy, and much lighter than a pancake. They are breakfast rather than pudding, though nobody will stop you.
Six pieces, made with natural vanilla. At least 48 hours notice. Made by hand in Belgravia and delivered across London and Surrey.

Important: everything is made in a kitchen that also handles cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soya and sesame. We cannot guarantee any item is free from traces.
These arrive frozen. Keep them in the freezer, not the fridge. To cook: heat a pan with butter, olive oil or ghee and fry them straight from frozen for about a minute each side, until lightly golden. Then finish them in an oven or air fryer for 8 minutes at 160C so they are hot through the middle. Serve with sour cream, jam or honey.
